BOMB SQUAD CALLED INTO WILDWOOD FOR SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE

On Monday at about 7 a.m. a man inside a vehicle was reported acting in an alarming manner at the Acme Market (5200 Park Blvd.) in Wildwood. The man was later identified as Charles Weber, a 63 year old white male from Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Weber was displaying a disturbing hand written sign in the front window of his vehicle which referenced a bomb. A secure perimeter was maintained at the scene while the Atlantic City Bomb Squad inspected the vehicle for any explosive devices, with negative results. Weber was charged with False Public Alarm, released on a summons and transported to Cape Regional Medical Center.
