BILL TO HELP VETERANS GET NURSING SCHOOL CREDIT PASSED IN SENATE

Legislation to help veteran’s get nursing jobs when they return home was passed by the Senate on Monday. Senator Jeff Van Drew sponsored the bill that would encourage nursing schools to give academic credit to veteran students for medical experience in the United States military. With the Senate approval, it now heads to Gov. Chris Christie for his signature.
