Gov. Chris Christie signed a bill that would make it more affordable to access public records. A new piece of legislation would make it as cheap as five cents a page for letter sized copies. The legislation is made to combat certain municipalities that were charging up to 75 cents a page for records, which became cost prohibitive in some cases.
