The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating an emergency landing made by a banner plane in a marsh near Ocean City on Friday afternoon. A Paramount Air banner plane operated by 23 year old pilot Brian Harris came down Friday afternoon in a marshy area near 52nd Street in Ocean City. Harris suffered no injuries during the incident. State Police are joining the FAA with its investigation. The banner plane company reports that a brand new engine was put into the plane very recently.
