BAND DIRECTOR CHARGED IN SEXUAL ASSAULT AGAIN TEEN

A marching band leader in Hammonton was charged with the sexual assault of a 16 year-old student. Jason Koenig, 26, of the 600 block of Wilbur Avenue, Hammonton, will face the charges of official misconduct, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child. Koenig has not yet been located and taken into custody. Bail was set at $200,000. He faces the potential of up to 10 years in jail.
