AVALON SECURES $2.5 MILLION IN STREET GRANTS OVER 20 YEARS

Avalon has secured $2.5 million in street grants from the State of New Jersey over the past 20 years.  Mayor Marty Pagliughi announced that for the second consecutive year the Borough is receiving a grant for a street project.  This year’s grant totals $160,000 and will be used to repave part of 35th Street in the community.
