AVALON SAVES OVER $42,000 IN FLOOD INSURANCE PREMIUMS

Avalon officials announced that the Borough will save over $42,000 on its flood insurance premiums.  Mayor Marty Pagliughi announced that the Borough conducted a self-initiated, internal audit of its policies and obtained new flood elevation certificates in order to pass on the savings to taxpayers.
