AVALON TO CREATE MONARCH BUTTERFLY HABITAT

The Borough of Avalon is creating a Monarch Butterfly Habitat, and will locate the habitat at Armacost Park in the southern end of the community.  Mayor Marty Pagliughi presented the habitat at the recent Borough Council meeting.  It is expected to attract important pollinators who often stop in our region during their fly byes to other destinations.
