AVALON COUNCIL DISCUSSES TENNIS REGULATIONS, FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM

The Avalon Borough Council met Wednesday afternoon and considered some changes to the Borough’s tennis program. Council will consider a reduction in seasonal passes to play tennis, and the establishment of outdoor pickle ball courts at the 8th Street complex.  Avalon also adopted a resolution discussed by Business Administrator Scott Wahl that will help the Borough attain further discounts in a federal flood insurance program.
