AVALON AGGRESSIVE IN SAFETY TRAINING, RECEIVES DIVIDEND FROM INSURANCE FUND

Avalon municipal employees have attended 646 safety training sessions in a nine-month period, tops in the Atlantic County Municipal Joint Insurance fund.  Mayor Marty Pagliughi announced that the Borough is also receiving a dividend of over $67,000 as a result of its safety record and participation in the ACMJIF.
