ATTEMPT TO BLOCK PRIVATIZATION TURNED AWAY IN COURT

The toll collectors took a step back in trying to keep theirs jobs. The Asbury Park Press reports that a lawsuit filed by their union was dismissed in federal court. A vote is going to come on Wednesday whether toll collection efforts should be moved privately. The two roadways effected would be the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
