A 53 year old Atlantic County man has been accused of filing fraudulent applications to receive funding through a Hurricane Sandy relief program. New Jersey Attorney General John Hoffman announced that Carl Meyer of Galloway Township has been charged with making fraudulent claims resulting from alleged damage at his house in Margate City. Meyer was approved for funding, but was never provided cash because false claims were discovered.
