ATLANTIC CITY LOSES MORE MONEY FROM TAX APPEAL

Re175px-Resorts_Casino_Logosorts Atlantic City will be paying less in taxes to Atlantic City. A deal was struck between the two sides in the casino’s tax appeal. Resorts will end up saving $1.3 million in the deal. Casinos have been winning tax appeals in the resort because of declining casino wins, which make the properties less valuable. The casino will go from an assessed value of $165 last year to $110 next year.
