ATLANTIC CITY CANNOT BE SUED BY FAMILIES OF DROWNING VICTIMS

Atlantic City is off the hook regarding lawsuits filed by the families of two drowning victims.  Federal Judge Robert Kugler this week granted a motion filed by the city to dismiss the lawsuits.  Two men drowned in July, 2013 in the surf after they jumped into the ocean near a jetty north of the former Claridge Casino.
