ASSEMBLY COMMITTEE TO CONSIDER SMOKE FREE BEACHES

Do you think the State of New Jersey should eliminate smoking on all beaches in the Garden State?  The Assembly Tourism Committee will consider a new bill on Thursday that would make all beaches smoke-free in the Garden State and require local towns to erect no smoking signs at beach entrances.  The law would apply to all municipal and state beaches in New Jersey.
