ASSEMBLY APPROVES BAN ON OFFSHORE DRILLING IN STATE WATERS

New Jersey lawmakers have given final approvals to a bill that would ban offshore drilling for fuel in state waters.  The Assembly approved the measure with a 72-1 vote on Thursday; it now heads to the desk of Governor Phil Murphy who will sign the measure.
