ARREST MADE IN CAPE MAY SEXUAL ASSAULT CASE

A man was arrested for sexually assault a juvenile. Cape May Police announced the arrest of Luis Torres-Sanchez. Police say the assault took place in 2010. The 19-year-old was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. The age of the girl was not released, but police say she is under 13-years-old. It is unclear whether is is a U.S. Citizen.
