APPEALS COURT RULES THAT YES, COPS’ PRIOR DISCIPLINE CAN BE RELEASED

A state appeals court has ruled that yes, prior discipline given to New Jersey police officers can be released.  Police unions have balked at the move, saying it undermines the confidence in police.  This ruling appears to be headed to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
