ANOTHER KEY DEMOCRAT DROPS OUT OF GUBERNATORIAL RACE

Phil Murphy seems to be on his way to picking up the Democrat nomination for governor next year in New Jersey. The Star-Ledger reports that State Senator Raymond Lesniak is the latest to drop a bid to run for governor. Murphy also recently picked up the endorsement of the New Jersey Education Association. Murphy previously worked from Goldman Sachs. There remains the possibility Murphy will face a challenge in the primary, but a number of prominent Democrats have dropped out to support Murphy, including Senate President Steve Sweeney.
