ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER COMPUTER GLICTH AT MOTOR VEHICLE

Another day, another computer problem with the state’s Motor Vehicle Commission.  The Commission admitted for the second time this week a computer glitch that provided delays in processing drivers license transactions.  The issue was resolved about an hour after it started.  The Commission is spending $23 million to replace elements of the computer system.
