ANIMAL AB– USE INVESTIGATION IN WOODBINE

The Cape May County Animal Shelter is now home to two dogs from Woodbine who were left outdoors with no food in unsanitary conditions for the past two weeks. NBC-40 reports that the owner of the dogs was in jail for an unrelated case and the woman in charge of their care at a home on Lincoln Avenue, was issued a summons for the abuse. The dogs are expected to survive their ordeal which is under investigation.
