AMBULANCE CHASING ATTORNEYS WILL DISAPPEAR

Attorneys who try to make a quick buck on accident victims will now have to wait a little longer to cash in.  The New Jersey Senate approved a new measure unanimously that would make it illegal for an attorney or other professional to contact an accident victim within 30 days of the accident.  The measure is expected to make its way to the desk of Governor Christie.
