AGREEMENT REACHED ON BORGATA WINTER POKER OPEN

A poker event that was shut down after the discovery of a cheater has reached a settlement with others involved. The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is paying back the entry fee to everyone who didn’t make the top 450 in their winter poker tournament and $19,323 to each of the 27 players still in the tournament at the time of it being shut down. It was discovered that Christian Lusardi, of Fayatteville, N.C. brought fake chips into the event and had tried to flush $2.7 million in fake chips down the toiley.
