AFTER RECORD HEAT, FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR CAPE MAY COUNTY

The record heat departs the area, and now Cape May County will be under a flash flood watch on Monday.  The National Weather Service has issued the watch due to heavy rain that may come in on Monday to break the very hot spell of weather and up to three to four inches of local rainfall in some locations is possible.  A heat advisory also remains in effect through Monday evening.
