The Christie administration has won another round in court on New Jersey’s affordable housing regulations. The New Jersey Supreme Court gave the administration a stay in coming up with a plan to administer affordable housing guidelines per a lower court ruling. If the stay did not occur, administration officials would have had to meet this week to begin the implementation of various affordable housing rules.
