AC MAYOR: COMPANIES INTERESTED IN CLOSING CASINOS

Some of the closing casinos might not be dead yet. Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian told the media on Wednesday that there were roughly six companies looking at buying the Revel and others interested in purchasing Showboat and Trump. There is an entertainment company interested in purchasing the former Atlantic Club site as well. Guardian was joined by Senator Jim Whelan, who both noted were there to promote that there remains possibility with the closing gaming halls.
