AC CASINOS COULD CLOSE IF SHUTDOWN DRAGS INTO NEXT WEEKEND

If the state government shutdown drags into next weekend, it is possible casinos in Atlantic City would have to close. A regulation approved during the last shutdown provides a seven-day grace period for the casinos to stay open. But if no deal is reached by Saturday, it’s possible the casinos would have to close.
