55 YEAR OLD LOWER TOWNSHIP MAN CHARGED WITH THEFT BY DECEPTION

A 55 year old contractor from Erma has been charged with theft by deception and other offenses for allegedly committing fraud via modular home documents to the tune of $21,000.  Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland announced that Kip Johnson was busted and could face between three to five years in prison.  Johnson is affiliated with American Heritage Construction.
