$50,000 POWERBALL TICKET PURCHASED IN SOMERS POINT

There were six third-place winning Powerball tickets sold for last night’s drawing, and one of them was sold at a Shop Rite store in Somers Point.  New Jersey lottery officials say each of the tickets is worth $50,000.  There was one winning ticket for the $731 million jackpot, sold in Maryland.
