A 36 year old man from Atlantic City has been charged by police with committing a shooting on Wednesday. Police today announced the arrest of Ricky Hill II of the city on charges that he shot another man on Bellevue Avenue in the city early Wednesday morning. Hill has been charged with aggravated assault and other offenses.
