$17 MILLION JUDGEMENT GIVEN TO MAN INJURED AT CAPE MAY CONSTRUCTION SITE

A man who was paralyzed during an accident at a Cape May construction site two years ago has settled the case for $17 million.  NJ.com reports that truck driver Brian Smith spent ten months in rehabilitation and had his spine fused following the accident which resulted in a crane breaking and hitting him in the head.  The suit was filed in Philadelphia.
