FORMER OCEAN CITY COUNCILMAN JOHN KEMENOSH, 88

Former Ocean City Councilman John Kemenosh has passed away at the age of 88.  Kemenosh served as a Councilman in Ocean City’s First Ward following a distinguished military career that included service in World War II.  He also owned and operated a plumbing and heating business in the resort.

OCEAN CITY MAY TAKE ACTION TO BAN DRONES

Ocean City may take action this week to prohibit drones from flying over the community. Council meets Thursday afternoon and is expected to discuss an ordinance that would band drones within five miles of the Ocean City Municipal Airport. Fines could start at $500 for the first offense.
