MCCABE NAMED ACTING COMMISSIONER OF NJDEP

There is a new boss of the environment in New Jersey.  Catherine McCabe has been appointed as the Acting Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.  The NJDEP deals with many regulatory issues at the shore, everything from beach fill and dredging projects to public access.

JUDGE TOSSES SOME CHARGES AGAINST SENATOR MENENDEZ
