Two people lost their lives Thursday night during an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike in Mercer County. Authorities say a truck carrying watermelons was involved in the accident, and the fruit was spilled all over the highway. The truck hit a bridge abutment and the driver and passenger were both killed.
