CAPE MAY TO HOLD SPECIAL MEETING ON SHEEHAN CASE

The Cape May City Council will meet Monday afternoon to hold a special meeting on a sticky issue in town.  Council will meet in closed session to discuss the issue involving Captain Robert Sheehan’s legal battles with the city.  The meeting starts at 4:00pm.

CAPE MAY PASSES ON PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT AREA

Cape May’s Planning Board passed on a plan that would create a redevelopment zone near the Washington Street Mall.  The conversation about the proposed zone packed the meeting on Tuesday night.  The block in the city that was slated for the zone lies near the Mall, and includes a supermarket.
