The United States Coast Guard rescued two people who were on board a fishing boat that caught fire Thursday near Barnegat. The “Reel E Bugging” caught fire and the crew notified the Coast Guard it required immediate assistance. Both fishermen were rescued from a life raft and taken ashore.
